先生からの挨拶に答えよう！

先生から「Hello! How are you ?」「Hi! How are you doing？」と声をかけられたら？　　　　　　　　＊How are you doing？はカジュアルなあいさつです。

Good! / I’m good.	元気です。
Great! / I’m great.	すごく元気です。
Couldn’t be better.	絶好調です。
Excallent! / I’m excellent.	最高の気分です。
Pretty good./ I’m pretty good.	わりといいです。
I’m OK./ I’m all right.	まあまあです。
Not too bad.	悪くないですよ。

＊I’m fine. Thank you.And you?は、丁寧な挨拶です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　＊Thanks.とお礼も一緒に言おう！例）I’m good. Thanks.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　＊So-so.  は、否定的なイメージ。

Hi! What’s up?と聞かれたら？ 

Not much.	別に何もないです。
Nothing special.	特に特別なことはないです。
Same as usual.	いつもと同じです。

遅れた時 

I’m sorry I’m late.

遅れてすみません。

 聞き取れなかった時 

Could you speak more slowly?	もう少しゆっくり話してもらえますか？
Could you say that again please?	もう一度言ってもらえますか?
I’m sorry but I didn’t get that.	すみません聞き取れませんでした。

少し待ってもらいたい時

Please wait a moment.	ちょっと待ってください。
Let me think about it.	ちょっと考えさせてください。
I am thinking now.	今、考えています。
Now I’m ready.	準備ができました。

 分かった時/ 分からなかった時

I understand.	理解できました。
Understood./ It is understood.	理解できました。
I got it!	分かりました！
I think so. /  I agree.	私もそう思います。
I don’t understand.	理解できません。
Let me look it up in the dictionary.	辞書で確認させて下さい。
No questions at the moment.	今のところ質問はありません。
I have no idea.	全く分かりません。
